AG&P Pratham & THINK Gas are leading players in the Indian City Gas Distribution (CGD) Industry. Together we hold 19 CGD authorizations from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) under the aegis of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, to exclusively develop CGD infrastructure in 50 districts covering 10% of India's land mass and spread across 10 states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh & Bihar.

AG&P Pratham & THINK Gas together are the largest 100% Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Greenfield City Gas Distribution (CGD) business in India. The marquee investors comprising I Squared Capital ,OSAKA Gas, Sumitomo Corporation, Konoike Group,JOIN ,JBIC and AG&P Global provide deep energy industry expertise and technical know-how in addition to the substantial investment, enabling AG&P Pratham & THINK Gas to create the infrastructure and network along with exciting business and employment opportunities across the country.

Our CGD network supplies Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) for use in vehicles as well as Piped Natural Gas (PNG) to domestic households, commercial establishments and industries. Over the next few years, our network will comprise of more than 24,000 inch-km of steel pipelines and 2,000+ CNG stations catering to needs of more than 180 million customers, and covering 3,24,000 square kilometers.
